Exploration Geophysics Department

The Production Department on Exploration Geophysics is a part of the Exploration Geophysics Directorate in TNG Group.

The Department was established for the purpose of constant improvement of the machinery and methodology, arranging of field geophysical operations and operative management of exploration geophysics subdivisions. The Department’s basic activities are:

• Arrangement of field operations;

• Preparation of contracts for conducting exploration operations and control over their implementation;

• Designing exploration operations;

• Control over distribution of the engineering and labor personnel;

• Arrangement of training for the engineering and labor personnel;

• Monitoring of the field operations technology and initial data quality;

• Introduction of the leading working methods, improvement of the methodology and technology of exploration operations;

• Assistance in conducting research and development activities, test and engineering works aimed at increasing the geological and economical effectiveness.
